- Orders $30 or more: free pickup and delivery inside Springfield city limits.  
- Beyond 5 miles: a flat $8 fee applies.  
- Same-day service: available when you schedule by 9 AM.

**How to book**

2. Tell us your address, laundry volume, and preferred time.  
3. We’ll confirm and send text updates at every step — from pickup to delivery.  
4. Your clothes are returned fresh, folded, and contactless to your doorstep.

**What we need**  
- Minimum of 20 lbs for wash‑dry‑fold pricing ($1.85/lb).  
- Separate bags for whites/colors/delicates if you prefer.
